DELIVERING THE LARGEST HOT AIR BALLOON EVENT IN EUROPE FOR MORE THAN A DECADE
For the last 11 years we have been the lead contractor for the delivery of this iconic event.
The scale and scope of the Fiesta means it requires year round strategic and collaborative planning. It’s certainly no understatement when we say that as soon as one Fiesta ends, planning for the next one begins.
Year-round planning culminates in four days at Ashton Court Estate, Bristol. We manage a complex group of stakeholders to deliver this huge, free public spectacle, while managing and delivering the budget alongside the fiesta committee. We create brand partnerships, manage the trader and car parking revenues, and work to create new revenue in a continual development model.
As the event approaches, our roles open up to include a wide range of strategic and operational deliverables; ranging from permissions and licenses and blue sky event strategy, to blue light service and ELT liaison and every element of event production on site.
The Fiesta means a lot to the people of our city of Bristol. So to bring it to life year after year, means an awful lot to us!
