Adrian Eyles-Jones

Site Manager

Adrian is a solutions-focused and innovative site manager who’s been in the industry since 1995. From Glastonbury to IFSOS, The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta and beyond, Adrian brings a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With vast experience in event site design, Adrian produces all of our DWG site plans and CAD Drawings.

Ben Hardy

Managing Director

A meticulous and strategic event director, Ben combines logic and experience to make magic happen. This is why many of our client relationships last for years. His knowledge and relationships with suppliers ensure we can deliver even the most complex projects. Ben’s commercial and stakeholder management is critical to working with our clients, to navigate the continually changing landscape of free public events, ticketing, sponsorship and trading to create fiscal plans which are long-lasting.

Cissy Badley

Project Manager

Cissy is a sharp, highly skilled project manager with extensive experience in live events and culture. Her expertise spans venue, contractor and supplier procurement, budget and revenue management, and the planning and delivery of complex event sites from build through to load out.

Dani Andres

Communications Director

Dani is an experienced communications director specialising in not-for-profit and event communications. Her expertise spans PR, marketing, digital and social media, leading campaigns that drive attention, engage communities and build reputation, underpinned by a strong understanding of how live event comms work. She leads communications for the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta and supports communications across REM's wider portfolio.

Thalia Cooper

Project Executive

Thalia first joined the company as an intern and always said she would return one day. True to her word, she did. A meticulous planner with exceptional attention to detail, Thalia manages trader bookings, communications and on-site load-ins across our events, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standard. When she's not planning event logistics, she's usually perfecting her latest bake.
